Initial Windows prototype is up

After fiddling around and getting my hands on a Windows 10 machine I managed to compile and build what is hopefully a viable Windows build. The executable should launch from cmd or directly by double clicking. Give it a shot.
With these basic binaries built the next step is to return to actually making progress on the game and begin implementing a number of gameplay mechanics that should be present and balancing the in-game resources to be viable and still challenging. These will be the next important milestones to hit in the project.
